Due to the personalized and handcrafted nature of many of our items, all sales are final. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out within 7 days of delivery and we’ll do our best to make it right.

• A description of the issue
   
• Photos of the item and packaging, if applicable
   

We may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.
